Life is but a clockwork toy, it moves and moves around.

Here is the lyric in Unicode.

jeevan kyaa hai, caltaa phirtaa aek Kilownaa hai

har Caadar mE , duK kaa taanaa, sukh kaa baanaa hai
aatI saans ko paanaa, jaatI saans ko Koanaa hai

Here is its version in Telugu script.

And here is my attempt to translate it into English.

What is life ? It’s but a toy. It moves and moves around.
Of its two eyes, one smiles, another grieves.
What ever you propose, does it come to pass any time ?
Each life is a compromise in regard to the way life ought to be lived.
What all has happened so far. had to happen that way, willy nilly.
The night is bleak, but lo, the dawn is golden. That is the way things are.
Each blanket, invariably has its weft of sorrow and the warp of joy. .
You hold the incoming breath, you forsake the breath that leaves you.
What is life ? It’s just a toy which moves and moves around.
